When you request memo samples or contact us, we collect the details you provide — email address, name, company, phone, and shipping address. We also log basic technical data (IP address, browser) to prevent abuse.
To fulfill and ship your free memo samples, to respond to your inquiries, and — only if you check the optional marketing box — to email you about new designs and offers. Fulfilling your sample request is a transactional purpose and does not require marketing consent.
Marketing emails are strictly opt-in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out anytime via that link or by emailing us.
California residents may request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold, and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, email info@designerwallcoverings.com.
We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill samples, run our business, and meet legal obligations, then delete it on request. Product purchases check out through Shopify's secure hosted checkout; we never store card details.
